Computer Services:

Unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge for individual services. Let's face it, in some cases, several things can be completed quickly. Charging "ala carte" can end up costing you a lot of money.

- Our residential computer services are billed at a rate of $50.00 per hour and are billed in 1/4 hour increments after the 1st hour*.

 - Our business computer services are billed at a rate of $70.00 per hour and are billed in 1/4 hour increments after the 1st hour*. 

 - Data destruction is billed at $45 per hard drive (1 drive). $35 per drive (2 - 5 drives). $25 per drive (6 or more drives). Please note that if drive or controller is physically damaged, this process may not work. In such cases, drive shredding would be recommended.

 - Drive shredding is billed at $50 per hard drive (1 - 5 drives). $45 per drive (6 or more). 

 * 1 hour minimum charge for all service calls.
